Account Executive
We are seeking an Account Executive who is passionate about strategic marketing, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Job Description:
At 116 & West, the Account Executive is responsible for daily contact between the agency and client contacts and interfaces with all agency departments to complete marketing initiatives. The position requires an individual who is driven, detail oriented, exemplifies strong leadership qualities, is well-versed in marketing strategy and can balance long-term planning with daily task management. Confidence with a variety of modes of communication and professional writing skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Interfaces directly with clients to determine business goals and marketing opportunities.
- Manages scheduling, timelines and all client communication.
- Coordinates internal development of full-service marketing initiatives including strategy, creative, integrated media, PR, digital and web development.
- Checks and approves strategic direction, media plans, creative/production materials, copy, layouts, and production art, and coordinates client approvals.
- Develops and manages all scopes of work, client budgets & monthly billing.
Education and Training:
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in advertising/marketing or relevant field. 2+ years Account Executive experience at an ad agency or marketing firm preferred.
Location & Salary:
- In-office, downtown Boise
- Salary Range $45,000 – $68,000 a year
