We’re certain that one of the reasons we do such great work (and get along so well) around here is because of our fantastic leadership. We’re led by two passionate partners, of course, but our agency wouldn’t be what it is without our department leaders.
Not only are our department heads people you’d love to have a beer with, they’re talented leaders and damn good at their jobs. They consistently inspire us to do better work, be better people, and make every day a little more fun.

Mel Mansfield, Executive Creative Director
Mel is in charge of our creative department. She has over 20 years of experience in the design world, which means she is an invaluable asset to our team. She has an incredible eye, is great at giving helpful feedback, and is one of the best storytellers in the world.

Dustin Cook, Director of Client Services
Dustin came to us in the summer of 2019. We’re so glad he did. Along with dapper good looks, Dustin brought a wealth of experience with some of the biggest clients in the country. His recent promotion to Director of Client Services demonstrates just how good he is at his job.

Julie Bixler, Director of Integrated Media
Julie rose to the challenge of Director of Integrated Media in the spring of 2020. Since then, she’s done an exceptional job leading the media team as she continues to be at the forefront of buying media for our clients.

We call Angie our angel because of her sweet thoughtfulness, but Angie is also wicked smart and has vast experience in HR, Operations, and Administration. Angie always leads by example, and, honestly, if everyone were more like her, the world would be a better place.
