Some leadership changes feel like a shift in direction. This is the affirmation of one.
If you’ve worked with us for any length of time, you already know Carolyn Lodge. You may not always see her name on the deck or hear her voice in the room, but you’ve experienced her effect in how we work. In how projects move. In how teams stay focused. In how decisions get made without drama or delay. That’s her leadership showing up.
Carolyn’s promotion to President formalizes a presence clients and teams at 116 & West have long felt in practice.
Inside the agency, that commitment is evident through her investment in people, making time to mentor and approaching individual development as a shared, ongoing effort. She consistently meets team members where they are, helping them build confidence in their strengths and direction in their careers.
Clients experience that same care as trust, earned through clear communication and a steady push toward growth without ever losing balance.
That impact only comes from seeing the business from every seat at the table. Carolyn joined the agency two decades ago as a media buyer, back when we were Marketing Media Group. As the agency grew, so did her responsibilities. Advancing through account and operations roles, each step clarified what clients need, how teams do their best work, and where systems either support momentum or slow it down.
As Chief Operating Officer, her focus widened to broader strategy, team leadership, and long-term planning, helping guide the agency through acquisitions, expanded services, departmental growth, and entry into new markets.
The President title reflects the role she’s been trusted with over 14 years of shared leadership alongside Edward Moore, who founded the agency. That kind of continuity matters.
For peers and partners in the industry, this serves as a reminder that true leadership is rarely a sudden arrival. It’s a gradual, earned alignment of capability, trust, and timing.
Carolyn stepping into the role of President isn’t a reset. It’s a signal. We know who we are, how we work, and what kind of leadership we believe in.
We’re moving forward with intention. Steady. Experienced. Clear about what comes next.
