We asked for a Digital Project Manager who wouldn’t crack easily under pressure, who is passionate about digital trends, and who would absolutely CRUSH IT. It‘s already clear after Emily Del Favero’s first week that we found the right person for the team. She hasn’t hesitated to dive right into the crazy world of 116 & West Digital.
A Pittsburgh, PA, native, Emily moved to Boise a little over two years ago. She brings a diverse marketing background. She most recently worked for the Idaho State Department of Agriculture on the Idaho Preferred program, managing their digital marketing and advertising as well as organizing consumer events and eating lots of delicious local produce. Other notable career experience includes marketing communications and campaign planning for GNC and rue21 corporate headquarters. Emily is also the Foodfort social media and event manager for the Treefort Music Fest.
Fun facts: Emily is a Boston Marathon runner and had a surprise wedding in the public gardens after finishing the race. Emily and her husband, Jeff, live in the Boise North End with their rescued pit-mastiff pup, Jax. She enjoys all outdoor activities, yoga, laughing, eating good food, happy hour, giving back to the community, coffee, traveling, sports, art, and music festivals. She’s also a huge Pittsburgh sports fan.
