With a knack for balancing numbers, narratives and new ideas, Tess keeps calm and collected while navigating high-stakes situations. Since starting in 2025, she harnesses her history in marketing management and client collaboration to transform targeted tactics into tangible triumphs.

As Account Executive, Tess ensures all creative, media and digital assets are aligned with the client’s vision and values. Whether she’s pitching proposals or processing project budgets, Tess’ orderliness and open communication ensures that every initiative is efficiently executed. Her attention to detail and strategic direction have driven successful campaigns for clients such as Mountain West Bank, West Ada CTE and Zamzows.

Tess earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from North Carolina State University. Outside the office, she commits to coaching 12U MYB Select Baseball and earned the 2023 Idaho 5A High School Head Softball Coach of the Year award for her dedication and drive.
