Take risks and make mistakes this summer, but do it with your eyes forward. We offer a highly competitive internship that is tailored to the student that applies.

We award internship positions to college juniors and seniors interested in advertising, creative design, digital marketing, media, and client services. If you’re ready to go on an adventure, we’ll give you the map.

We offer two locations—Boise and Spokane. No matter which office you’re in, you will participate in cross-office collaboration with both teams. During your internship you’ll gain hands-on experience developing strategy, executing marketing initiatives, and doing real client work.

Internship Expectations

Design your own in-person, paid internship and tell us what you want it to look like. Previous interns have attended weekly meetings, worked on a variety of real client projects, and produced a final project that was presented to the entire agency.  There are opportunities to engage in one-on-one job shadows, project kickoffs, creative brainstorm sessions, and learn industry best practices and processes, as well work on 116 & West marketing such as social media takeovers and participation in our 116 Acts of Kindness program.
